What does the word analu mean?Analu is an Irish word (Análú) that means breathing or respiration. When you breathe in our natural perfume and feel the aromatherapeutic impact and how it makes you feel - pure science and magic. The word is perfectly aligned for us.
OUR STORY
Amy + Denise first connected through Herbalists Without Borders and soon transformed friendship into a purpose-driven partnership. United by their love for plants, wellness, and community, they showed up every week for two years—dreaming, blending, and building something epic.
Denise & Amy both have years of experience as holistic practitioners, working in the holistic health and wellness spheres. Both have worked in herbalism, aromatherapy, flower essences, meditation and mindfulnes practices, accupressure, nature experiences, art as a holistic modality, somatic practice, and other modalities to support wellness and mental health. By joining forces in Analu, we bring many years of experience and a commitment to supporting wellness and mental health through holistic practices. When you book an event, you get one or both of us!
