SCENT OPTIONS
We have a vast fragrance library, allowing for everyone at an event to create their own unique scent. We offer guidance, recipe cards, and accords, depending upon if guests are creating eau de parfum, cologne, rollerballs, or other items.
MOBILE
Our bar can be setup anywhere - a home, an event venue, in a gallery or bar, restaurant, on a beach, or on a patio.
STYLISTS
Our initial setup includes one certified aromatherapist/natural perfumer to work with each guest and help craft a loved fragrance. If your event is larger, we add additional support so that your guests don't have to wait in line to make their fragrance.
INCLUDED
Yes, we can make custom designed labels just for your event, and will bring the bottles you have selected during our initial intake.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Yes, we can create custom artwork just for your wedding fragrances, for your anniversary, or memorable moment.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS AVAILABLE
Branded bar with your business logo. Custom printed materials branded for your event. Branded bags for guests to carry their item home in. We can customize and create almost anything - just ask!
PRODUCT OPTIONS
You can host a spa or scent bar with any combination of items for your guests to make. It can be simple - each guest can make 1 10ml rollerball and choose from a library of all natural ingredients to make their own. We can have that as aromatherapy-focused or perfume-focused. You can have all guests make your event formula (everyone makes a small version of the scent that the bride created (with our guidance). You can offer a sit down table with everyone learning how to make a 10ml, 15ml, or 30ml perfume with the instruction of a perfumer guiding them. We can stock the bar with options - rollerball ingredients, foot salt soak ingredients, or pillow mist ingredients. We can make it as simple or elaborate as you want. The bar can be available your entire event or for an hour or two during a full day event - such as a corporate retreat or training day. We can even setup a spa bar at your wedding reception for all of your guests to use.

SUPPLIES
We have a large library of ingredients and supplies that are 100% natural - no fake fragrance, no synthetics or harmful chemicals. We provide you with container/bottle selections, label selections, and every detail can be customized. We only use 100% natural ingredients that are sustainably sourced. We focus on environmentally friendly materials and supplies wherever possible.
TRAVEL
We are located in Madison, WI and NYC, NY. We can travel to your event at an additional fee, based on distance. We are happy to fly to your company headquarters or to a company retreat location to host the bar at your event. If you are a conference center, retreat location, spa, or hotel, we are happy to work with you to offer our scent or spa bar and wellness experience to your guests or clients.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Amy and Denise both are experienced aromatherapists, herbalists, flower essence practitioners, holistic health providers, and have experience leading groups for many years. We can offer guided meditations, wellness topic presentations, custom guided journaling activities around wellness and mental health topics, and are happy to customize our presentation to your group or workplace.
COST
Pricing is based on the number of guests, the item(s) in the bar, the number of guests, the size of the bottle and type of product made, the labels, the duration of the event, any additional services requested.
